These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AppView, the digital product made available by Mykola Harmash (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and using AppView, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Product Description

AppView consists of a downloadable codebase designed to help iOS developers quickly create a website for their app. Upon successful payment, customers are granted access to a private GitHub repository containing the AppView codebase.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. All billing and tax-related matters are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their own policies.

4. Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions via email on how to access the private GitHub repository. Access is typically granted within a short period of time after payment confirmation.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, refunds or exchanges for AppView aren’t possible. Once you purchase, you receive lifetime access to the complete codebase. We do our best to show the features and benefits of AppView before you buy so you know exactly what you’re getting.

6. License

By purchasing AppView, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the AppView codebase for your personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense AppView in any form.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AppView remain with Mykola Harmash. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of AppView is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppView is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use AppView.

9. Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for any websites and content created, published, or distributed using AppView. We do not review, endorse, or control such content and are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
